Paloose Men appears as a very compressed jpeg of a police man. He has pink-ish gray skin, blue-ish looking eyes, and gray-brown hair. He wears a basic police uniform along with having a fake badge. He has a baton(?) in his belt. His expression is angry and he holds out his left hand, doing a "Stop!" gesture.
Paloose Men got into an incident while trying to capture JpegMan which is why he is so low quality. This is also why he cannot speak/spell certain words correctly.
